A truly mixed fishery, the beautiful round, or Island Pond, offers great sport especially on the pole or float with light tackle. Some small wild carp live in the pond along with good sized skimmers, small tench, a big head of small crucian carp, roach, rudd and gudgeon. There is also a good number of nice sized perch with a few very big ones patrolling the pond.
